A Different Way to Live

Private, primitive, off-grid living

This is your chance to live closer to nature than most people ever will.

A limited number of long-term spaces are being developed for those interested in tiny homes or other low-impact, off-grid living setups.

Each space offers over an acre of land, giving you the freedom to create something simple, personal, and sustainable—while still being part of a larger natural environment.

HammockSway is a campground first, so living here means:

  • Maintaining your space
  • Contributing to the overall environment
  • Respecting the land and leaving no trace
  • Being mindful of others’ privacy and experience

This is an open environment where all kinds of people are welcome. We as a community value freedom, respect, and authenticity.

off-grid, private, peaceful living
